Provisioning Fullcast

This article provides information and guidance on setting up your Fullcast instance. If you are just starting with Fullcast, follow these initial steps to establish an integration connection between Salesforce and Fullcast.

  1. Install the Managed Package: The managed package is not included in the AppExchange and will count towards Salesforce limits. Although there are a few triggers, they are toggled off by default in the custom metadata. Some of the subsequent steps leverage items from the managed package, so it should be installed before proceeding to the next step. 
  2. Create a Connected App: After installing the package, fill in the necessary information to set up the connected app. Once the pre-installation steps are successfully completed, install the package in Salesforce.
  3. Create an Integration User: Create an API integration user in Salesforce. Assign the user permission sets included in the managed package. These permission sets will allow Fullcast to import the minimum required data.
  4. Connect Fullcast and Salesforce: After installing the package, setting up the connected app, and creating the integration user, you are ready to establish an integration connection between Fullcast and Salesforce. Capture the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret data from Salesforce and provide it in the Motion settings of Fullcast.
  5. Run the First Import of Data: Now that the connection has been established, run the first data import.

Adding Data:

The Fullcast standard package includes five default entities, each pre-populated with certain mandatory fields necessary for maintaining the integration. You can further customize your entities and fields in this step.

If you assign permission sets from the managed package to the user, additional permissions will need to be expanded for any additional fields added.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed your tenant setup process. Now you can create your own geographic territories and motion policies to get the Fullcast experience!

Identity Management

Fullcast supports two types of identity management:

  • Fullcast Identity System
  • Single Sign-On Identity Provider
    • Fullcast Identity Provider (
    • Enterprise Sign-On Identity Provider from the customer's IT infrastructure

For identity management tasks, such as creating users and resetting passwords, use the Fullcast Tenant Administration or the customer's SSO infrastructure. Fullcast supports Just-In-Time provisioning, so no separate identity management is required specifically for Fullcast.
