Fullcast Security Enhancements

To ensure the continued security and integrity of Fullcast, we are encouraging all users to review and take the necessary actions to maintain access and optimize their experience.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Availability

To improve accessibility and bolster security, we endorse the implementation of SSO integration. By leveraging your existing organizational credentials, SSO eliminates the need for separate logins and passwords for Fullcast. To activate SSO for your team, contact your designated business partner and they will guide you through the configuration process and answer any questions you may have.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

In an ongoing effort to further strengthen security, we will be mandating 2FA for all users as of May 1, 2024. If you are not currently using 2FA, we strongly urge you to enable it immediately. This additional layer of authentication significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised. For more information see Configuring Multi-Factor Authentication

Password Hygiene and Access Review

We encourage all users to review and update their passwords for Fullcast. Please ensure you are using strong, unique passwords for all your accounts, avoiding common phrases, dictionary words, and personal information. Additionally, we recommend that admins and departmental leads re-evaluate the roles and permissions assigned to existing users. Regularly reviewing access ensures that users retain appropriate privileges based on their current responsibilities. For more information on changing or updating passwords see the Forgot Password article.

Automatic User Deactivation

To promote active platform usage and optimize resource allocation, we are implementing automatic user deactivation. Effective immediately, any user who has not logged into Fullcast for a period of 90 days will be automatically deactivated. For more information refer to our Activation and Deactivation Policies.

IP/Country Allowed List

As an added layer of security, you may choose to allow or prohibit select IP addresses and countries. (More on this here.)
