Managing Users
Fullcast Users
Fullcast Users with administrative rights, add other users and manage their privileges in the application. They can be categorized as
- Active
- Suspended
- Deactivated
Navigating Users Tab
- Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen to access the Settings Menu.
- Select Users.


Adding New Users
- To add a new user, click Add New.
- People drop-down list lists all the users who have installed the app. Select the Users from the list
- Fill out the Password, and necessary Name fields.
- The Multifactor Authentication by default is enabled for all the Users. It can be disabled, if not necessary, once the User is added.
- Select the Persona to which the User belongs from the drop-down menu
A. Standard User
B. Tenant Admin
C. Territory Leader
D. Operations Leader
E. Quota compensation Leader - Click Save when finished.


Change Status
The User status (Activate, deactivate, Suspend) can be done by selecting Change Status option by clicking the [...] button near the user profile.
Editing Users
- Added Users can be managed by clicking on the [...] button of the User and selecting Edit.
- The Update User menu will prompt for name and position changes, if any.
- Click Save when finished.


MFA
All the Users, by default, are enabled with Multifactor Authentication.
Setting up Multifactor Authentication
- Once the user is added and enabled with MFA, the next time the user logs in they will be prompted to set up MFA
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app like Lastpass Authenticator (recommended) or Google Authenticator on your mobile device.
- The passcode generator screen appears and generates passcodes to use when prompted for MFA. Enter the Authentication code in the box under the QR code, and click Verify.
- After this initial setup, the user will be able to log in using their password credentials and verify using the authentication code given by the authenticator app of choice.




Enabling/Disabling/Resetting MFA
- Select the User for whom MFA needs to be disabled and click on the [...] button near the user name.
- From the drop down menu, select Disable Multifactor.
- Click on the [...] button near the user name and select Enable Multifactor from the drop-down menu to enable MFA . Applicable for users whose MFA is disabled.
- Click on the [...] button near the user name and select Reset Multifactor from the drop-down menu and follow the steps from Setting up MFA to reset MFA .


User deletion
The profile must already be deactivated to delete the user.
Deleting Users
- Click on the [...] button the User profile that needs to be deleted.
- From the drop-down menu, select Delete.
- Acknowledge the warning and type "DELETE" in the text box.
- Click Confirm to complete the action.
