Organizing Dashboards

Folders allow you to group your reports into categories. You can customize folders in the Rhythm module to fit your planning needs, to view the information you want to see in the correct locations.

Creating Folders

To create a new folder in the Rhythm Module:

  1. Click on the Rhythm Tab in the uppermost panel.
  2. In the Folders column, click on the Add New Folder button.
  3. In the pop-up menu, fill out a Name and enter a brief Description for the new folder. Select an Icon from the drop-down menu below the description.
  4. Click Confirm to complete the action.

Editing Folders

To edit a folder in the Rhythm Module:

  1. Click on the Rhythm Tab in the uppermost panel.
  2. In the Folders column, click on the pencil icon next to the folder you'd like to edit.
  3. In the pop-up menu, edit the Name, Description, or Icon as you see fit.
  4. Click Confirm to complete the action.

Deleting Folders

To delete a folder in the Rhythm Module:

  1. Click on the Rhythm Tab in the uppermost panel.
  2. In the Folders column, click on the trash icon next to the folder you'd like to delete.

Note that you cannot delete a folder that still contains any dashboards, it must be empty.
