Change Password

The fullcast Change Password feature helps to enforce strong and secure passwords for the end-users. The updated and enhanced change password feature has the following highlights:

Validate user authenticity with the help of email verifications
Enhance password strength by including the following constraints on setting a password:

• The password should be at least eight characters long
• At least three of the following should be there :
• Lower case letters (a-z)
• Upper case letters (A-Z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Special characters ([email protected]#$%^&*)

How to change password

1. Click on Change Password.
2. An information alert will pop up on the top right corner of the screen stating that a password change instruction is sent to the email address associated with the account.

Password change request in your email

1. In your registered email, you'll receive a password change request from fullcast support. A link is provided to change your password - Change Password.
2. Clicking on the link redirects you to the screen prompting set your password.
3. As you start entering your new password, the interface itself starts to suggest to you what kind of a password is acceptable. It also helps you to assure that you have fulfilled all the requirements of the password.
4. Once you reset the password, a new window will pop up stating that your password is changed successfully.
