Fullcast application setup checklist

  1. Create a secure Salesforce API user
  2. Contact your BP for tenant provisioning.
  3. Configuration of the Salesforce Instance and Managed Package Installation.
  4. Configuration of Fullcast-Salesforce integration
  5. Contact your Business partner to establish an Integration connection to setup Import/Export job
  6. Create the entities and fields
  7. Run the job to Import/Export data.
  8. Create Hierarchy in respective modules. 
  9. Create Motion Policies. 

Your Fullcast application setup is complete now for an integrated planning to execution experience!


API integration User: An API integration user must be created in Salesforce. This user will be the main authentication method into Salesforce to run the Import and Export of data. It is preferred that this is a username and password that Fullcast can manage since the OAuth path into Salesforce is not available in the Fullcast app today. There is an alternative to this if your company's security policy prevents this. In that scenario any updates or changes to the username or password would break the integration and would require support from your company to reestablish the connection.

Tenant Provisioning: It is mandatory for the Fullcast support team to provide an empty tenant upon request.
