SmartPlan - Prioritized Balancing Criteria

You can prioritize your custom criteria under the Prioritized Balancing Criteria section. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

1. In the Territory Design section, select Customer Segments.
2. Select the node of your selection.
3. Pick the Add Hierarchy option from the drop-down menu selecting the three dots on the top right corner of the Segmentation section.
4. Select SmartPlan from the Add Hierarchy Type section.
5. Select the number of territories to build from your selected node. 
6. The maximum no of accounts per territory - is an optional selection.
7. Pick the criteria from the add criteria drop-down menu. Here, you can select a number of different criteria based on your requirements.
8. To prioritize the criteria, you can drag and drop the criteria one after another. The criteria on the top is having the highest priority, and the other criteria follow accordingly.
