Configuration of Salesforce Instance
Before installing the Managed Package
To prepare your Salesforce instance before installing the fullcast.io Motion package, you must first enable
Account Teams and
Chatter.
Enable Account Teams
- From Setup in Salesforce, enter Account Teams in the Quick Find box, then select Account Teams.
- Under Account Team Setup, if you see an Enable Link, go ahead and enable. Click Enable Account Teams.
- Select the checkbox for Account Teams Enabled, then click Save.
- You can skip the Page Layout Selection for the purposes of installing the fullcast.io managed package. Click Save.
Enable Chatter
- From Setup in Salesforce, enter Chatter in the Quick Find box, then select Chatter Settings.
- Select the checkbox for Enable.
Connected App Setup
- Navigate to the App Manager in Setup.
- Select New Connected App
- Enter the below information for the new Connected App:
- Name: Fullcast Motion Package
- API Name: Fullcast_Motion_Package
- Contact Email: Email address
- Select the Enable OAuth Setting checkbox
- Callback URL: Configure based on which instance you are working with

- Selected OAuth Scopes
- Manage user data via APIs(API)
- Access the identity URL service(id, profile, email, address, phone)
- Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)
- Manage user data via Web Browsers (web)
- Leave Require Secret for Web Server Flow and Require Secret for Refresh token flow checked.
- Leave the following sections as is:
- Web App Settings
- Custom Connected App Handler
- Mobile App Settings
- Canvas App Settings
- Select Save

From the Fullcast Motion Module Connected App, select Manage, then select Edit Policies.
- The policies should be set as follows:
- Leave As Is
- Permitted Users: All users may self-authorize
- IP Relaxation: Enforce IP restrictions, but relax for refresh tokens
- Refresh Token Policy: Refresh token is valid until revoked
- Leave the following sections as is:
- Session Policies
- Custom Connected App Handler
- User Provisioning Settings
- To connect the Fullcast Motion policy with the SFDC environment, it is essential to copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret information available under API(Enable OAuth Settings) . When you click on Manage Consumer details, you will be asked for a verification code sent to your mail. after submitting the verification code, Consumer Key and secret will be displayed. Copy these information.
