Organizing folders for Dashboards

Folders allow you to group your reports into categories. You can customize folders in the Rhythm module to fit your planning needs; to view the information you want to see in the correct locations. The first step to organize your dashboard is it create a folder. 

Steps to create folders

  1. Select the module for which you need to create the folder for the dashboard. 

  2. Select the Rhythm Tab in the uppermost panel.

  3. In the Folders column, select the Add New Folder button.

  4. In the pop-up menu, fill out a Name and enter a brief description for the new folder. Select an Icon from the drop-down menu below the description. 

  5. Select Confirm to complete the action.

Steps to edit folders

  1. Select the Rhythm Tab in the uppermost panel.
  2. In the Folders column, select the pencil icon next to the folder you'd like to edit.
  3. In the pop-up menu, edit the Name, Description, or Icon as you see fit.
  4. Select Confirm to complete the action.

Steps to delete folders

  1. Select the Rhythm Tab in the uppermost panel.
  2. In the Folders column, select the trash icon next to the folder you'd like to delete.

Note

Folders can be deleted only when there is no dashboard.
