Tenant Settings

As a part of the onboarding process, Fullcast App Administrator will configure the tenant settings which will decide who will work in which secured environment.

  1. Select your profile to get to the Settings Menu.
  2. Select Tenant settings to update the details.
  3. The configured changes in the Tenant settings will be reflected in the Design app.


Time taken to reflect the changes made in the configuration

Please note that some of the changes in tenant settings will take 15-20 minutes to get initiated from the time the settings were saved. Refresh or log out and log in back to see the changes.

  1. You can enable or disable Industry Taxonomy by selecting the checkbox. After 15-20 minutes, you can access the Manage Taxonomy in your Design app under Industry Taxonomy.
  2. You can enable or disable Scenario Planner by selecting the checkbox. After 15-20 minutes, you can access the Manage Scenarios in your Design app under Scenario Planner.

People Setting

In people settings, under People Search Field, you can add one or more field names from the drop-down menu. As the below gif describes, we have selected the fields Name and Country. 

This selection reflects in the Assignments tab under the Design module. Whenever you want to add New Assignment to a user, you can search for the user either by his name or by searching the country the user belongs to. Depending on the selection of fields under People Settings, the Name field under Add New section can be used for searching.

Select the search field criteria from the drop-down menu to search for the people from the records. The default search field criteria set is fio_name.

Fiscal Settings

  1. New Fiscal Year can be set here Use the form below to introduce the new fiscal year
  2. Enter the name of the Fiscal Year. eg. FY21. Year in the format yyyy-mm-dd.

Currently, there can be a maximum of 3 Fiscal Year Settings in the Fullcast App.

Ideal Customer Profile settings

Details of the ideal customer profile can be updated here.

Details Panel

The following fields have to be selected to view the details of the customer on the Design app.

Linking Field: Select that field for which a link needs to be created. Clicking on the link will give the details about the customer.
Logo Type: A static or Field Based logo can be selected from the drop-down menu. Static provides a standard logo. If a Field-based logo is selected, then an appropriate logo source has to be provided.
Primary header Field: Select that field that needs to be displayed as the Header for the customer.
Primary Sub-Header field: Select that field that needs to be displayed as the sub-header for the customer.
Secondary Fields: Select that field that needs to be displayed as the secondary field for the customer.

For all the above-mentioned field names, you can pick fields of your choice from the drop-down menu. The field selection is available for Segments, Teams, and Products.

Grid Settings

The default grid limit is set for 2000. As it is an editable field, you can set the grid value of your choice.

Segment Settings

Depending on your selection of this section, output data will change in the Territory design -> Customer segments.

The output page in the  Design app for customer segments will be like the following:

Account family settings

  1. Select the Ultimate Parent Field as fio_parentid and check the Enabled box.
  2. Select the Parent field as fio_parentid and check the Enabled box.
