Add/delete Notes to a Record


The purpose of this article is to provide information regarding managing notes on records in Fullcast. 

Add or Delete Record Notes in Fullcast

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and select the applicable plan. 
  2. Click Manage Customers on the Territories tile. 
  3. Click the checkbox to the left of the record(s) you want to add notes to. 
  4. Click the notes icon (chat bubbles) in the action bar. 

  1. Complete the notes as applicable and click Confirm to save the note. 

Alternatively, click Delete to remove notes from the selected record(s).

Once saved, the note icon will appear next to the record you applied it to. If you select the icon, you can view the contents of the note.  You may also add the Notes field to the grid to make it easier to view all notes at once.
